Always roll the mat with the top side facing outward to maintain its shape.
After each use, gently wipe the top surface with a wet microfiber cloth.
If using a cleaning solution, apply it to the cloth—not directly on the mat.
For cleaning, we recommend a diluted solution of oil-free soap or vinegar with warm water (1 part cleaner to 20 parts water).
Do not machine wash the mat.
To preserve the mat’s surface, avoid using lotions or wearing rings on your hands or feet during practice and avoid prolonged UV exposure.
Store the mat in areas free from sharp edges to prevent permanent dents or marks.
