• Always roll the mat with the top side facing outward to maintain its shape.
• After each use, gently wipe the top surface with a wet microfiber cloth. 
• If using a cleaning solution, apply it to the cloth—not directly on the mat. 
• For cleaning, we recommend a diluted solution of oil-free soap or vinegar with warm water (1 part cleaner to 20 parts water). 
• Do not machine wash the mat.
• To preserve the mat’s surface, avoid using lotions or wearing rings on your hands or feet during practice and avoid prolonged UV exposure. 
• Store the mat in areas free from sharp edges to prevent permanent dents or marks.
